Unlock your curiosity and inspire your imagination with the world of science and technology with a visit to Questacon – The National Science and Technology Centre.

Questacon is now open for pre-booked 2-hour timed sessions. Explore and enjoy interactive exhibits in select galleries open for set times each session. Experience exciting demonstrations and see a live Spectacular Science Show. The Questacon Shop will be open for ticket-holders at the end of each session. Browse the wide range of STEM gifts and toys and continue your Questacon experience at home!

With safety for visitors and staff top priority, signage in each gallery shows how to safely interact with the exhibits. Some exhibits can only be activated by staff and others can be used by visitors, with safety precautions in place. Mini Q and Excite@Q, including Free Fall, remain closed for now.

Timed ticketed sessions run hourly from 9:00 am each day, with the last session starting at 3:00 pm. Questacon closes at 5:00 pm daily. Each session runs for a maximum of 2 hours. Tickets must be pre-booked online for all visitors, including babies and children. Ticket numbers are limited and are not available at the door.
