For the month of March Canberra Southern Cross Club is putting on a Feast of Italy!
Taking over the specials board this month at Woden, Tuggeranong and Jamison will be an array of with classic Italian food, cocktails, beer and wine.

Traditional Focaccia (DF)
Traditional focaccia with Pugliese extra virgin olive oil
and aged balsamic.
Ostriche (GF, DF)
Half dozen fresh Sydney Rock Appellation oysters with pinot grigio vinegar, shallots and black pepper.
Arancini Bolognese
Served with mozzarella and Prosciutto.
Local Buffalo Mozzarella (GF)
Heritage tomato, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.
Prosciutto San Daniele DOP
24 month cured pork imported from Italy served with buffalo mozzarella.
Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperocino
Spaghettini with garlic, olive oil and chilli.
Risotto ai fungi porcini (GF)
Aged Acquerello carnaroli risotto with porcini and mushroom ragù.
Abbacchio a Scottadito (DF)
Three Lamb cutlets marinated in rosemary and garlic, chargrilled and served with chips and salsa verde.
Veal Saltimbocca (GF)
Alla Romana, Prosciutto, sage, served with creamy mash potatoes and sauteed seasonal vegetables.
Bistecca Fiorentina (to share)
Chargrilled Black Angus T-bone, served with roasted potatoes, fresh salad dressed in aged balsamic dressing and sauce of your choice. Salsa Verde, red wine sauce, or mushroom sauce.
Pesce Intero alla brace (to share)
Whole fish of the day chargrilled and served with, crudaiola dressing of tomato, green olives and baby capers, served with crispy chips and fresh salad dressed in aged balsamic dressing.
Traditional Tiramisu
Vanilla Panna Cotta (GF)
Served with berry compote.
Torta Setteveli
Rich chocolate torte with layers of luscious chocolate mousse.
