Join us for a live conversation with Shanna Whan, the Founder & CEO of Sober in the Country (SITC). Hear her story from rock-bottom to national alcohol awareness ambassador and speaker now fighting for others six years on. She will share her candid truth around sobriety.
Altina Drinks will then introduce their Zero Proof cocktails and the stories that inspired them. Altina Founder, Christina will share some of the secrets on how the drinks are made and what goes on behind the scene.

Cooking class with Kristen Davidson & Head Chef Damien
Where: Pialligo Estate or live-streamed to your home
When: 6:30 pm
Cost: Live tickets are $135.00 and include a two course meal and Altina cocktails. At home tickets are $20.00 and include a tasting pack.
Head Chef from Pialligo Estate, will run a cooking masterclass taking you on a Central Coast Seafood Journey. Hosted by Mix 106.3’s Kristen Davidson, you will see how your main meal is made and ask any questions along the way while sipping on Altina cocktail and smoked charcuterie.
Choose a Live Ticket to attend Pialligo Estate in person and be treated to a two course meal including Pialligo Smokehouse goods and market garden produce.
Or watch from the comfort of your own home as Head Chef and Kristen take you through how to cook a signature seafood dish while sipping on a Taster pack of Altina cocktails.
