As residents settle into their new homes in the new Natura development in Denman, the final release of two-bedroom apartments has hit the market, with only seven remaining.

Selling agent, Independent Property Group director Nicholas Jacob, said the Molonglo Valley project had been popular, with more than 90 per cent of homes sold off the plan.

“Now that the development is complete, and people can see these beautiful homes in person, I don’t think they will last long,” he said.

“The development settled at the end of the year and we now have a limited number of two-storey, townhouse-style apartments on offer.

“These are established and ready to go. You don’t need to buy off the plan and wait 12 to 24 months for your new home, or buy something second or third-hand.”

Canberra downsizers Julie and Zeljan recently moved into their new townhouse and said it has been an “absolute delight”.

“The spacious layout and modern features have made settling in an enjoyable experience,” Julie said.

“Just around the corner we have beautiful bush walking and bike trails with kangaroos and wallabies most active during the mornings and evenings which we enjoy everyday.

“We absolutely adore the new neighbourhood and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to make this townhouse our new home.”

Nicholas said the final release of dwellings was open for inspection or available for inspection by appointment so potential buyers could see the size, aspect and quality.

“The residences will be particularly popular with owner-occupiers looking for a larger-than-average two-bedroom apartment,” he said.

“They range in size from 111 to 117 square metres of internal living, making them incredibly unique for a two-bedroom. You’d be hard pressed to find a two-bedroom, and in many cases even a three-bedroom townhouse, with this amount of internal living.”

The homes have an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area and powder room downstairs with both bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. There is also internal access from the double carparking and a sun-drenched north-facing courtyard.

Delivered by Base Developments and award-winning Milin Builders which developed Elody and Polo in Denman Prospect, Natura was “another high-quality Molonglo Valley project from the team” according to Nicholas.

There are two floorplans available, with the central and end apartments boasting different attributes.

“All apartments are north facing so they get that natural light flowing through the large double-glazed windows,” Nicholas said.

Downstairs living areas have engineered timber flooring and a quality fit-out with either a natural or dark colour scheme.

The development offers a mix of private and community spaces where residents can get to know their neighbours, enjoy a barbecue undercover or plant some veggies in the communal planter boxes.

“You can live the lifestyle you want and take advantage of the neighbourhood feel, or walk straight out of your courtyard gate and off you go,” Nicholas said.

Natura has been developed for one of Denman’s best locations, with truly stunning views across the Molonglo Valley and access to all the outdoors action one might ever need.

The facade has been designed to be timeless, beautiful and robust, and the landscaping has been a priority ensuring a complementary oasis to the neighbouring open spaces.

“The immediate landscaping has been considered as a defining principle of Natura, designed to integrate seamlessly with the open spaces that it inhabits, but provide a perfect oasis for residents,” Nicholas said.

The two-bedroom apartments feature AEG appliances, including induction cooktop and dishwasher, air-conditioning to living and both bedrooms, instantaneous electric hot water units and double glazing to all windows and doors giving them a High Energy Rating of min 6.0 EER.

Denman Prospect boasts some of Canberra’s best cycling, running and walking tracks, new fitness centre as well as fabulous local shops, schools and medical facilities.

Nicholas said this was one of the last opportunities to buy a brand new, ready-to-move-into residence in Denman Prospect, with prices ranging from $719,000 to $729,000.
