Former St Francis Xavier teacher to stand trial for sexual abuse

It does puzzle me. Whatever made her decide that what she was doing was a good idea?

Did I miss something. You are saying he was lucky because the alleged pedophile was attractive. nice thinking.

I finally saw a picture of her. What a lucky boy.

You know it’s always scary when you find out a teacher that you had for a class has had sex with a 15 year old student. Aparantly she made threats that she would kill herself if anyone ever found out to the poor guy.

She could be innocent, however, she was the type of teacher who students got crushes on(bleached blonde, slim, tan, wore really short skirts etc), so who knows?

I do sense that the reporting is different when it is a female teacher doing it to a male child – you don’t seem to hear the bravehearts as loudly.

I must say I have always had a problem with the alledged perpetrator of sex crimes being named before there is any guilt determined (it is hard to unring a bell if you are innocent). I know members of this family and it must be very hard for her children to have her name out there all the time.

What if she is innocent? (I do not know whether she is or not)

Would it just be quicker to find the students who didn’t get on somehow with their teachers ?

What’s more worrying is that it will reflect on the good teachers out there who would never do that sort of thing.

What possesses them to do that with students? It’s sickening.
