House fire in Narrabundah

ACT Fire Brigade on scene at a house fire on Tallara Parkway, Narrabundah.

All occupants of the house have safely self evacuated.

Time of Emergency Triple Zero (000) call 3.15pm.

Building heavily smoke logged with Fire Brigade crews conducting an interior attack of the fire wearing breathing apparatus.

3:50pm Friday 20 May 2011

ACT Fire Brigade has extinguished the fire. Crews conducting ventilation and overhaul of the house removing burnt items.

Three pumpers, the specialist Breathing Apparatus unit and a command vehicle on scene.

Extensive heat, smoke and fire damage to the two bedroom house.

No damage to neighbours property.
