Living in South Jerrabomberra has never looked so good, judging by the views from this exceptional display home built by The Village Building Company.

The spacious display home on 489 sqm of land in the new suburb of Tralee is a sample of the 17 new house and land packages that will soon be available for purchase from the award-winning developers.

Purchasing a house and land package in this ever-evolving area will mean you can have your dream family home in as little as 12 months.

LJ Hooker Development Manager David Shi says that the investment is one you won’t regret.

“I feel like people don’t realise just how close South Jerrabomberra is to everything in Canberra, but the drive to the CBD is about as far as it is for some of the far north ACT suburbs.”

The display home at 2 Alpine Ash Way, nominated for the MBA’s 2024 Display Home of the Year award, is already on the market and looking for its first owners.

The display home offers four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a double garage, well-appointed inclusions and plenty of outdoor areas, making it perfect for entertaining kids and adults.

When approaching the house, the first thing that will catch your eye is its asymmetrical design, which includes a garage big enough for two cars, a large front window and a beautifully kept grass lawn.

“From an architectural aspect, the display home is stunning.”

The exterior combines brick and Colourbond, while the interior features waterproof hybrid flooring and porcelain tiles for a feel of elegance.

The kitchen is every chef’s dream, with plenty of bench space, state-of-the-art appliances and a huge walk-in pantry.

As you walk down the sun-drenched corridor, you are greeted with four generous bedrooms. The master includes a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, featuring a spacious bathtub and plenty of storage.

At the back of the house, a huge north-facing backyard perfect for entertaining awaits, complete with a perfectly manicured lawn, Colourbond fences and garden beds ready to be filled.

David says that while the home is beautifully finished, you might not be able to live in it for another two years, but it will be worth the wait.

“The house is going to be fully landscaped a few times to make it picture-perfect for the owners to move into,” David says.

David says that the house and land packages are in the perfect location as South Jerrabomberra undergoes massive changes with the addition of schools, public transport, shops and employment opportunities all arising in the next 18 months.

The display home is situated opposite one of South Jerra’s large and luscious ponds, and it is just a 20-minute drive to the Canberra CBD.

With many more options in terms of land or different home designs, it’s your chance to customise your dream home to the perfect location.

yeah right, placed right under the already low to the ground arriving jets landing at the airport. anyone who’s lived in Canberra area since 80s onwards who buys here should forfeit their right to complain about aircraft noise later, given that airport expansion has been very topical local news on and off for years
