If you’re looking fo a quick giggle the Canberra Times is reporting on a bit of a scuffle last Sunday 20-MAR-05 in Mooseheads between young Raider, Damon Alley-Tovio, and Screaming Jets lead singer, Dave Gleeson.
Particularly amusing is this assurance from Raiders management.
The Raiders’ CEO also denied Alley-Tovio’s actions had been influenced by alcohol.
“It has not been suggested that this particular player has had one drink too many,” Mr Hawkins said.
At 03.30 on a Sunday morning? If alcohol wasn’t involved I’d be worried what was.
