Satisfaction with Canberra Cabs plummets

Steve Pratt has put out a media release decrying a decline in surveyed satisfaction amongst taxi users in Canberra.

As our taxi’s are many visitors first impression of the city (until pbulic transport to the airport is addressed at any rate) this is cause for concern.

Being an authoritarian Steve notes that Canberra Cab’s monopoly position requires especially tight regulation, rather than suggest letting the bright sunlight and strong winds of competition do their work.

It’s not that far to walk from Tuggeranong to Civic. Taxi’s are a joke. Get fit and start walking…

canberra cabs is the only taxi company in australia that i have come across that doesn’t do ‘call on approach’. this customer is not satisfied with waiting outside in the cold and dark in the middle of the night just to avoid neighbours being woken up by a taxi honking. they should really invest that 30 cents in customer satisfaction!
