Situated in an elevated position, with idyllic views over the Brindabellas, this architecturally designed residence is welcomed onto the market as one of the finest and most breathtaking properties in Murrumbateman.

Resting on six acres, 6 Kangara Close is an exquisitely constructed four-bedroom plus study single-level home built by local builder Class Construction.

VERV Property real estate agent Jason Roses said the 321 sqm home is stunning.

“It’s an absolute beauty. The home has an amazing finish to it, and it’s obvious a lot of thought and effort has gone into the design and build of this home,” he said.

“The way the home flows slowly brings you to the outdoors and it’s one of the best features of the home.”

This stunning home is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac within one of the most sought-after locations of rural living. It was carefully designed to provide a strikingly modern façade while seamlessly blending in with the natural rural setting.

As you enter the heart of this home, you see galleries of glass throughout ensuring an ever-present connection to the outdoors while also inviting in abundant natural light. Soaring raked ceilings with blackbutt hardwood timber flooring, an artisan stone double-sided fireplace further enhances its grand scale and feel.

Supreme quality and style continue when you enter the designer kitchen, boasting over 30 metres of stone bench space, a butler’s pantry, premium appliances, a built-in fridge and freezer, and soft-close cabinetry.

The resort-style outdoor entertaining spaces are exceptional, boasting almost 74 sqm of covered alfresco living with timber decking. This is the perfect area for hosting large gatherings while looking out over the pool and property. The outdoor white-speckled mineral swimming pool is heated and paved with artisan stone pavers.

With so much space, there are vistas from every room (but this one’s hard to beat).

And then there are the views … Simply breathtaking.

“The home has amazing views just about all around it, and the sitting areas near the pool give you a fantastic space to just sit and take it all in,” he said.

There is a firepit area designed to while away cooler summer nights and winter evenings. The remaining acres host a 10-car garage, dirt bike pump track, ample space for animals to roam and provisions for a horse arena.

Nestled among the popular Murrumbateman township, home to almost 20 world-class boutique wineries, local shops, primary schools, village markets and healthcare facilities, your new lifestyle awaits!

This is an amazing house. But, amazing views? I dunno, a paddock and a fence must be better than a fence. I think this property has not yet matured into a great property. For that you’ll need gardens or trees or cardboard silhouettes of either. You’ll need someone who will create that beauty not yet done.
