Stoner doom locals Mule (pictured) threw their hat into the metal ring earlier this year with the release of their “MULE DEMO 2017” EP, available for download here. They will be playing in what looks set to be a bracing night of heavy glory at The Phoenix on Saturday night, playing with Yoko Oh No! and Lucifungus from 9 pm.
On Friday CBR DIY will be putting on an enormous show at the Polish White Eagle Club, featuring Mondecreen, Endrey, Shoeb Ahmad and so much more. Meanwhile, Mulgara will be putting on their own big line-up, hosting Zen Haircuts, Superdose Gangway, Plastic Plants and Kial Malone from 6 pm.
Sebastian Field of Cracked Actor fame will re-emerge to release a new single off his upcoming solo debut album, launching the single with Fossil Rabbit (who will be releasing his own latest single) at Smith’s Alternative from 7 pm. Over at the Gorman Arts Centre, the Summer Revel will be on with a huge range of arts activities, as well as performances by Jamie Leone, The Burley Griffin, Cathy Diver and Hamish White.
