TJ James is launching his new album “All the Pieces Fit” at Belconnen Arts Centre on the 28th this month.

SOMETIMES IT’S THE STORY BEHIND THE MUSIC … THAT MAKES THE MUSIC COME ALIVE

You may remember him as the guy who used to busk outside McDonalds in Woden, playing at the Hellenic Club or one of the markets around town, attending a rock concert or just having a coffee with friends – TJ James is known to many around the Canberra region.

His strength of character, faith and positive attitude to life and others despite his circumstances is an inspiration to all who meet him.

Tim was born with cerebral palsy, however, while his disability is something he lives with, it doesn’t define him nor does it define his attitude to his music.
As Tim often says “People don’t buy Stevie Wonder’s music because he is blind and I don’t want them buying mine because I have a disability – but because they like the music”.

On Saturday 28 September TJ will be back in town to launch his new CD “All the Pieces Fit”…. supported by the wonderful local artist Amber Nichols.

The launch will be at the Belconnen Arts Centre 118 Emu Bank, Belconnen – starting at 1.30 pm (doors open at 1pm).

Ticket price $15..(no discount or concessions as, like his CD’s, 20% of each ticket will be going to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance).Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the door on the day or pre-purchase them through https://tjjames.eventbrite.com.au/
