Street art in progress

Thanks to ‘Sheep Groper’ for sending us in the attached picture with the following:

There’s a bit of chalk art in progress at the corner of Civic bus interchange near the park. Looks linear in style. Perhaps someone will snap a pic of the finished piece before it gets worn away by uncaring feet.

Hmm, the pic and text looks exactly like what I mailed in a couple of days ago . . . .

And it was completed by yesterday, a friend sent me his photo of the completed artwork. Are the symbols supposed to mean anything or is it just supposed to look pretty?
