A Queensland-based GP who was convicted of sexually abusing two of his daughters, one in Canberra and one in Queensland, has had his bid for a lesser sentence dismissed by the ACT Court of Appeal.

The ABC is reporting the doctor was convicted earlier in the year for incest with his 10-year-old daughter while on a custody visit here in Canberra. He had also been found guilty of abusing his other daughter, who lives in Queensland, just six weeks before this.

He was sentenced to three and a half years in jail by the ACT court, which he was today seeking to have reduced.

The judge said “that by the time he had committed the second offences the man had no good character to rely on and that he was simply a paedophile”.

Neither of these girls will want to set eyes on this bastard for the rest of their lives. They will probably live with the anxiety of perhaps running into him someday.

I hope someone in gaol sees fit to beat some justice into this turd and put some fear into other potential turds.

Yay! Burn mother fucker burn!
