— e-Learning category- CommsNet Group Pty Ltd for its Education Book- The Essential Guide to Information Technology – Security Best Practices;

Security Application category- CommsNet Group Pty Ltd for its book- The Essential Guide to Information Technology Security Best Practices; and
— Sustainability and Green IT category- Renewable Processes for its E-Waste recycling in Australia.
