hume off road or monaro off road….. i second the stay away from roof rack city…bad communication there!…Much cheaper to do it yourself…unless of course you stuff it up!… good story to tell around the campfire though!

I recently had a cargo barrier installed at Pride Auto Accessories (Roof Rack City/Haig Park) in Mitchell and no issues with their service, quite good actually.

Dont use Roof Rack City in Mitchell – they do ARB stuff.

I know it is a little different – but it is an indication of their work ethic and customer service……

I had a tow bar fitted and had to take it back 3 times, and I still have no resolution. Whilst fitting it, they scratched my bumper, they stuffed the on board computer, they had to move the exhaust and failed to put it back…… I gave up waiting for them to call me about fixing the scratch on the bumper – I have had the tow bar for about a year now.

A number of good friends and I have never had a drama with ARB and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wouldn’t go near ARB here with a barge pole. They fitted a canopy to my vehicle last year which came off while out bush in Victoria. Had to wait around Mildura for three days to get the bolts put in that they had forgotten to put in, and the proper lock nuts put on the ones they had put in but not fastened.

ARB have supplied and fitted snorkels to all my previous 4WD. No problems.
