The Canberra and Region Multiple Birth Association Committee is seeking Sponsorship or donation of items or vouchers suitable for use as raffle prizes, for our annual Christmas party on Sunday the 23rd of November, 2008, at Corroboree Park, Ainslie.
We had a great party last year with more than 250 people and attractions including pony rides, a petting zoo, super slide, jumping castle, Gecko Gang Face painting, huge Raffle with over 30 prizes, and of course, Santa!
The Christmas Party is a wonderful opportunity for families with Twins, Triplets or more to network with other families of Multiples. It is particularly important as a venue for parents of older multiples to provide encouragement, support and ideas on how to manage to new parents of multiples.
Raffles
The committee would appreciate any donations of prizes, discount vouchers or anything that you would deem appropriate. A poster at the Raffle Table will advertise those organisations who have made donations.
Sponsorship
We are looking for sponsorship of the larger attractions listed above. A banner or sign will be erected on the day at the site of the sponsored attraction.
In addition, a huge thank-you will be placed in our Bi-Monthly newsletter in recognition of the business that sponsored or donated prizes. This is circulated to all members. A copy of the newsletter will be forwarded to you and you or a representative of your business will be invited to attend the party.
