A lot of things in this life are good fun until people start taking it seriously.
And quite why the Canberra Musicians Club is running knockout table tennis tournaments is a bit of a mystery.
But they do indeed happen and as a first round victim I can attest the standard is, if not high, then very intense.
The musicians jamming from the stage make a surreal counterpoint which increases in strength as more musicians are ejected from the tournament.
If you fancy your hand it’s good fun, but be warned some people are taking it seriously.
