Volunteers are needed to help support the Belconnen Festival Saturday 15 November 10am -5pm at Margaret Timpson Park, Belconnen ACT.
The Belconnen Festival hosts a full program of music and dance performance, kids’ space, arts and craft village, food stalls, youth festival, and the new Future Footprints environment and sustainability expo.
The Belconnen Festival team are seeking volunteers to support this great community event in a variety of ways, including:
- Traffic control
- Set up and pack down of the venue
- Help coordinate stall holders
- Distribute programs and information to the public
- Waste Management
- Involvement in the Future Footprints Sustainability Expo
- Assisting in the Kids Tent
Volunteers will receive a food and drink voucher on the day plus a festival hat to keep. Morning or afternoon shifts are available.
