… a most curious dream

By johnboy - 13 September 2006 7

Word reaches me of an intriguing theatre production running from 14-SEP-06.

Centrepiece Theatre and The Street Theatre present
… a most curious dream
by Adam Hadley

Directed by Jordan Best,

with music by Tim Hansen,

design by Matt Balmford,

with Clare Carnell, Naomi Milthorpe, Jay Sullivan, Erin Pugh and Glen Brown.

A touching romantic comedy scored through the bizarre underbelly of a dream, in a theatre development work created across the year with the assistance of The Street Theatre. One of Hadley’s finest strange scripts, you are in for a feast of absurdity. Forget Ionesco – here’s Hadley let loose in a theatre with a bunch of fine supporting artists!

14–16 and 20–23 September at 7:30pm and 17–18 September at 6pm.
Matinée: 23 September at 2pm.
Venue: The Street Studio.
Tickets: $15–$25.
Special rates for members, U27, groups, 6pm show and matinée.

I’ve always wondered whether SGS is a pathetic artist with the talent of a six year old, or has perfected the art of looking like a pathetic artist with the talent of a six year old?

Why would Samuel G-S get a writing credit?

Thumper 1:15 pm 13 Sep 06

Maybe it was inspired by the tedious mind numbing boredom of his blog…
