I am writing this to tell you all, how pleased I am with my progress. Due mainly to Tanya’s guidance and friendship, I have found myself losing weight, walking better and on the whole feeling more alive. Not forgetting, that Tanya’s now expanding Strive, so fellow clients please spread the word that Strive is effective in bettering yourself. And anyone who is interested in Strives holistic training message, it is well worth having a look at. It will be the best decision you’ve made for improving your life. Tanya has a few more people working delivering the Strive message in the fitness area, they include Nathan Burgess, Kynan Dencio, and Phil Mayne. I train with Kynan he is very good, as I imagine the other trainers are too, since Tanya chose them to deliver Strive training. Tanya is the one to ask if you have any concerns about your diet, she will listen to you and not force anything onto you.
Now, I will tell my story. I am disabled, yes disabled I can’t use my right arm, or run. I had been training with someone for 20 years, with not much body improvement. I began training here on the 5th of December last year, back then I was having trouble walking and I was 94.2 kg. Back in late February, I weighed myself at Strive in Tanya’s presence, and I had lost almost 7 kg, this is including over Christmas and New Year. When I started at Strive, I was walking at a speed of 3.2 km/h and now am walking at 5 km/h, quite comfortably. Belief in yourself and the way you approach life is part of the process in Strive’s message. And the way I’m feeling now, I’m sure I’ve lost even more weight, and I was having trouble talking, part of my disability, even that has begun to improve. The holistic diet is easy to follow, if you’re committed to improving yourself.
So, anyone thinking of improving yourself, Strive is the way to go!
