Car crashed through the KFC Hawker shopfront

A customer at KFC Hawker accidentally crashed through the fast-food restaurant’s shopfront just after 8:00 pm last night (6 May).

Emergency services attended the scene, but there were no casualties. Indeed, one customer continued to watch the Storm roast the Bunnies as the incident unfolded.

The incident sent social media into a flurry overnight, with some cracking Zingers.

ACT Policing is still investigating the incident.

Were they trying to jump the queue?

Why are people like this even allowed to drive? If the ACT Government was serious about road safety, they’d remove incompetent people like this from the roads (instead of ruining all the roads with speedbumps)
