Good luck in getting Chinese investors for infrastructure.

But we seized the opportunity to invest in a Better Place. We still have the infrastructure which cost $10 million and re-charges a few cars every day. Only a few more cars to use it and the Chief Minister can boast that patronage has doubled!
Yes, our Territory Government sure can pick the winners.
