The picture must be a reflection of their journalism still living in the late 1990s. You think they would update their picture archive sometime.

Ha, they definitely have changed it, the EL falcon was on the article at about 1420 this afternoon. I have noticed it on several occassions before, and wondered by police media hadn’t just supplied them with an updated photo.

VT Commodore is hardly much better though, even though it was Wheels car of the year in 1997.

Also: Canberra Times, please change the standard photo you use for police photos, having what appears to be an EL Falcon as the police car is just embarrassing.

They must have read this and listened.

Someone probably found a workable and well drafted policy document.

Evacuated for 2 hours and returned to work at 130. Surprisingly the majority of staff did come back and didn’t nick off home.
Nothing of consequence affected any of the staff working in the building.

I think you must be a very noice person, feeling embarrassed on behalf of the CT. It is wise, however, not to be too generous with your sympathetic embarrassment, as the CT has such an awful lot to be embarrassed about that it could very well wear you down!
