Come and enjoy the fun of the Evatt Primary School Fair and learn more about how you can help the environment at the same time. We’ll have local businesses demonstrating achievable, practical and affordable options for environmentally friendly improvements around your home. There’ll be fun activities for the family, including Reptiles Inc., rides, face painting, craft, food, trash and treasure, stalls and games.
Be inspired by speakers from the Home Energy Advice Team, the Canberra Organic Gardeners Society, GardenSmart and the Canberra Sustainable House. Meredith Hunter MLA will open the event and hold a Q&A session with student representatives from schools in the area. Go on a tour of our school and see how we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint.
Everyone is welcome, we hope to see you there!
