Saturday is the day to come and buy some beautiful artisan textile works. Our community have been working hard to make unique, beautiful and affordable items for sale. ACT Textile Arts Society (ACTTAA) are a community of craft artists who make items with wool, fabric and paper. This Saturday we are selling newly made items such as decorated tea towels, knitted garments, iPad covers, pin cushions, handmade cards, 3D printed jewellery and games.
All will be displayed in the gardens of the gallery.
There will also be a plant sale.
For quilters, we have a large selection of fat quarters and quilting books while weavers will love the woven fabric products made into bags.
Mothers Day will be here soon, so be sure to pop in for the perfect gift.
The members of ACTTAA are keen to say hello and also introduce you to this community group.
Perhaps you are you a collector of textile skills or a dabbler in textile arts of all kinds?
