Sam Brand from leading South Australian winery, Jim Brand & sons will be show casing some of their best wines matched with some wonderful food by one of Canberra’s leading Chefs, Darren Perryman at Siren Bar & Restaurant.
Darren Perryman reckons “cooking is in his DNA”. Inspired by his grandmother in the north of England who was an exceptional cook, he grew up foraging for nettles, mushrooms and berries, the love for food all around him.
