Join like-minded young people at Farrer Ridge Nature Reserve to learn about the area, the environmental values and how to manage some of the worst weeds in a special part of Canberra. We’ll be weeding, learning from each other and from the local volunteers at Farrer Ridge Parkcare Group.

Bring: sun protection and a water bottle, wear sturdy shoes, long pants and long sleeves (old clothes) as we will be working around some thorny weeds!

We have clean tools and gloves, and will give training and instructions on how to use them safely.
