Pick up a bargain this year at the late night Christmas shopping at the National Library Bookshop!
Stock up on Christmas gifts at the Bookshop sale tables in the Library foyer where you will find sale items that have been discounted by 30% to 50%.
For a gold coin donation to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, Santa’s helpers will also be there to wrap any gifts you buy.
Sale tables will remain in the foyer from Thursday 5 December to Tuesday 24 December. There will be no further discount on these ‘prices as marked’ sale items.
If you’re feeling shopped out, sit back and relax in our Foyer with our evening program:
- 6pm – An author talk and book signing from noted fantasy fiction author Isobelle Carmody with the local launch for her new Canberra-based book Comes the Night
The Bookplate cafe will also have a refreshment stand selling wine and light snacks for the evening.
Members of the Friends of the National Library will be entitled to 25% off storewide all day when shopping instore on Thursday 5 December.
