In so many sports participants start with lessons to get the basics, why should mountain biking be any different?
Our 5 session program is designed for beginner to intermediate riders who want to get the fundamentals right so they can build on a solid base.
We cover body position, braking, corners, berms, riding obstacles, front and rear wheel lifts, pumping and even intros to jumps and drops. It sounds like a lot but, with our proven progression, it is easily and safely achievable.
Riders learn at their own pace and do not move onto more advanced tracks until they feel comfortable and demonstrate the required skills. Riders can progress at whatever rate and to whatever level they are comfortable.
This core curriculum has worked for the thousands of riders we have successfully trained but is also flexible to make it suit the exact skills and requirements of the group. Our maximum ratio for this program is 6 to an instructor to ensure a safe and fun environment. The best investment to make the most out of your riding.
