Canberra Southern Cross Club Executive Chefs Anil Kapoor and Jojy Vattoly have created a three course menu of their favourite dishes, to enjoy with matched wines and canapés. Hear from them as they share their stories of the events held in this space as we reminisce on the marquee over the last 20 years!
