Please join us as we bid farewell to the Marquee at the Yacht Club, with a night of delicious food and fond memories. Have you held an unforgettable event in the marquee?

Canberra Southern Cross Club Executive Chefs Anil Kapoor and Jojy Vattoly have created a three course menu of their favourite dishes, to enjoy with matched wines and canapés. Hear from them as they share their stories of the events held in this space as we reminisce on the marquee over the last 20 years!

Tables will seat 10 people – smaller bookings will be required to share.

  • Canadian pure maple syrup marinated, 15 hour cooked pork belly with cloudy apple cider glaze
  • Blueberry glazed pan-seared ‘Dudson Valley’ premium duck breast
  • Housemade mini quiche, braised mushrooms in port wine with leeks, infused with truffle oil
  • Steak, chips and béarnaise sauce
