Woden Community Service are hosting ‘Santa on a Budget’ this year, with a range of events to help the community at Christmas time.
The third and final event sees WCS helping people make their own wrapping paper and cards. Did you know that we use 150,000 kms of wrapping paper each Christmas?
Did you know that it is estimated that waste output increases by about 30% at Christmas? Did you know you can’t recycle foil and plastic ‘paper’?
As part of the Santa on a Budget Series, join this free Christmas crafts workshop and make your own cards and wrapping paper and more. Be good to the environment and your pocket this year!
