Join us for an exclusive Spring-themed High Tea experience prepared for you by Executive Chef David Learmonth, served under the flagpole in Members Hall at Australian Parliament House.

Menu

  • Alpine trout triangle (dairy free)
  • Crab egg benedict croissant
  • Tomato, rocket, soft cheese tart (vegetarian)
  • Gourmet potato, Alto olive (vegetarian)
  • Rare roast beef, kutjera
  • Batlow apple savarin (vegetarian)
  • Honey joy crackle
  • Pistachio desert lime tart (contains nuts, low gluten, vegetarian)
  • Salted caramel éclair
  • Tim tam ice cream

Spring Tea is served with a welcome cocktail or sparkling wine. Available for purchase at the event are wines by the glass/bottle as well as a range of non-alcoholic beverages.

This event follows the Australian Parliament House COVID Safe Plan and the ACT Government Easing of Restrictions roadmap — for this reason, seating is 4-to-a-table.

When: Saturday 3 October, from 11:15 am for a 12:00 pm service

Cost: $80 per person, $100 with walking tour, book tickets through Humantix
