The Strawberry Lychee Rose Cake is built upon a mouth-watering, rose-infused raspberry jelly, followed by fresh rose flavoured cream, chiffon cake, another layer of cream with lychee and pearls, followed by more fluffy chiffon cake, more fresh cream and all topped off with a delightful assortment of strawberry, grape, pistachio and dried rose leaves. The cakes layers all create a special flavour and distinct taste.

Also available to try is the Taro Mochi Cake. The base starts with chewy mochi, followed by a layer of fluffy chiffon cake, fresh cream, mashed taro, more chiffon cake, another layer of mochi, more mashed taro – all topped off with dried pork floss and taro. The texture is sticky, dense and oh so indulgent!
