ACT Policing is investigating a fatal crash where a single car collided with a tree and caught fire on Ginninderra Drive, Latham, 4.55am this morning (Thursday June 4).
The crash resulted in fatal injuries to the driver. There was no one else in the car at the time.
ACT Fire and Rescue extinguished a fire and ACT Ambulance Service also attended.
ACT Policing’s Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team are investigating and will prepare a report for the ACT Coroner.
This is the sixth fatal collision on ACT roads this year.
