Free Gig Thursday 27 July at the Greenroom

By Absent Diane - 25 July 2006 5

If you want to get your beautiful-ugly mug in a mockumentary, get your arse on down to the Greenroom this thursday.

Bands playing include fantastic new comers EMBRYONIC and THE LOVE SKULLS.

Embryonic are an accoustic rock band with a progessive rock sensibility… Their two part vocal harmonies are not disimilar to the legendary Layne Stayley and Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains fame.

The Love Skulls describe themselves as ACDC being raped by The Pixies and Spider Bait.

***DETAILS***
When: Thursday July 27th
Time: 19:30
Where: Greenroom
Cost: $0 (bargain)
Why: To get famous bitches

The gig is free and there are rumours of the band putting on a small bar tab but I cannot confirm at this stage….

I want to hear some of those love skulls tracks. Because they did some excellent name dropping and because I won’t be making it to the gig.

myspace is fucked, I don’t know one person that doesn’t have trouble with it…. but it is slowly becoming the industry standard, ALMOST making the need for websites redundant.

RG,

I agree. We tried it out but frankly it’s a pain in the ass so we used bandzoogle instead.

heaps better…

NNGGGHH!!

Why O why do people use myspace for thier sites? It’s an experience in vomited web design.
