A man is in custody over a raft of road rage offences after he was allegedly filmed breaking the window of a moving ute before kicking its driver.
Michigan Addison Bullock, a 25-year-old from Gungahlin, was refused bail over the months-long alleged rampage when he faced the ACT Magistrates Court on 13 charges.
An ACT Policing spokesperson alleged he caused crashes and was involved in other driving incidents between June 2024 and February 2025.
In these other incidents, he allegedly acted aggressively and failed to exchange details with other drivers.
For instance, in one incident in November 2024, he allegedly rammed a Toyota Hilux ute twice, climbed onto its tray, then used items in the tray to break the rear window and repeatedly kick the driver.
Police raided Bullock’s home in Gungahlin on Monday (10 March) where he was arrested.
He faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday (11 March) where he was formally charged.
The charges include three counts of dangerous driving, two counts of interfering with a vehicle, three counts of not giving his particulars to the other driver at the scene of a crash and one count of assault.
He did not apply for bail, so Magistrate James Lawton remanded him in custody to 7 April.
Bullock winked at his supporters in the courtroom’s gallery before the custody officers led him away.
Police believe there have been other incidents involving Bullock’s ute.
“Police believe there are other road rage incidents involving the white 1993 Mazda Bravo B2600 utility with NSW registration DH61VQ that have yet to be reported to police,” a police spokesperson said.
