UPDATE 25 May 11:20 am: ACT Policing has announced that Charlee and Amelia have both been located and they are safe and well.
ACT Policing is seeking the public’s assistance to locate missing 13-year-old girl Charlee Thomson and 12-year-old girl Amelia Walker-Jones.
It’s believed the two girls are together in the Calwell area.
Charlee was last seen at about 5:30 pm on Sunday (23 May) on the Route 77 bus travelling from Woden to Tuggeranong.
Charlee is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a fair complexion, about 160 cm (5’3”) tall, of medium build, with long black hair with bright red tips and a fringe. She was last seen wearing a black crop top and black tracksuit pants with “LIL PEEP” in white.
Amelia was last seen at about 10.40 am today, Monday (24 May) at McKinley Circuit in Calwell.
Amelia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160 cm tall, of medium build with long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a red and black jumper with “Chicago” on the front, black pants and white sneakers.
Police, Charlee’s family and Amelia’s family have concerns for their welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance to locate them.
