Why has it taken so long for this to be reported?

Because people make themselves missing all the time, and as a personal choice – cutting all contact with current clique so you can strike out naked and alone, but also free – there’s varying responses by culture.

Missing isn’t actually missing for the person involved, they know exactly where they are.

5% exception, 3% being dementia patients, 2% being foul play murder.

Different cultures, different time frames for becoming concerned about that 2% and raising a flag.
