The UK’s Mirror reports that Canberra legend Joel Monaghan has “pledged” himself to Warrington until 2014.
He initially joined brother Michael at Warrington for 12 months and with five tries, the ex-Canberra Raiders winger (above) has helped Wolves top the table.
Coach Tony Smith said: “Joel has settled in particularly well and quickly which is quite unusual for an Australian or overseas player.”
So no quick return as some at the Raiders had hoped.
