Am I the only person who finds Giulia Jones’ campaign slogan – ‘Giulia with a ‘G” – incredibly patronising? How many years has it been now that she been reminding us how to spell her name?
I suppose it is fair enough if she clarifies how to spell her name in a radio or TV ad, but in the last week I have seen two separate signwritten vehicles proudly promoting ‘Giulia Jones – ‘Giulia with a ‘G’.
I know your name is spelt with a ‘G’. I know that because I can read. I’ve been reading your posters and signwriting for years, and your apparent inability to come up with a slogan that offers more than pointing out the bleeding obvious is beginning to grate.
