Tonight one of Canberra’s favourite live music venues, King O’Malley’s, plays host to the legendary wild child Angry Anderson of 80’s rock’n’roll band Rose Tattoo. Angry Anderson joins James Southwell (and his KILLER band) on a tour around Australia in the hopes of raising much needed funds for volunteer phone service Lifeline.

Tickets are $35 at the door and King O’Malley’s is funding the entire show, with every cent from ticket sales going towards Lifeline- a telephone service providing 24 hour support by trained volunteers for people experiencing a personal crisis. Peter Barclay, owner of King O’Malley’s pub in Garema Place says he hopes to raise around $10,000 for this excellent cause.

The show is set to kick off at around 8pm tonight and tickets are available at the door. Don’t miss out on what promises to be an absolutely mind-blowing performance for an amazing cause by “Ango and The Boy”.

When: 26 June
Time: 8pm
Where: King O’Malley’s
Tickets: $35 pp – available at the door – all proceeds going to lifeline
