A 33-year-old Gilmore man will face the ACT Magistrate’s Court today (Wednesday, 6 February 2019) on child exploitation charges.
ACT Policing Criminal Investigations Sexual Assault and Child Abuse team members executed a search warrant at a residence in Gilmore on Tuesday, where child exploitation material was found on several devices.
The man was arrested and taken into custody. He is charged with five counts of possessing child exploitation material.
Police will oppose bail and request strict conditions if bail is granted.
