The new Otto townhouses which are currently selling off-the-plan, are being built in Denman Prospect, and are going to be popular with Canberrans. There are two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses, possibilities for families, couples, and singles to find the right home for them.

Victory Homes envisaged a collection of terraced homes creating a family-friendly community. A long-standing partnership with Oztal Architects will bring the vision to life, delivering quality and style to Canberra homebuyers.

The development will have 95 terrace-style townhouses with parks and green space, detailed stone retaining walls and landscaping which acknowledge our need for green streetscapes.

Ranging from 105 to 167 square metres, each residence has a north-facing aspect, incorporating passive solar design principles.

All the townhouses are warmed and cooled with reverse-cycle ducted heating and cooling, and windows and sliding doors are all double glazed to keep the homes energy efficient. All rooms have LED downlights and a 7 kg washer and 3 kg dryer combination as part of the package.

Inside, the homes will be modern, light and open plan with three colour schemes to choose from. A range of floor plans are available, all of which are characterised by modern style and living choice.

The open plan kitchen will feature modern appliances, 20 mm stone benchtops and plenty of storage space and easy, flowing connection with the dining and living areas.

Bedrooms will be in neutral tones, with plenty of fresh air and light, and master suites offer a combination of ensuite and walk-in robes, depending on the floorplan you choose.

Bathrooms will feature floor-to-ceiling tiling and modern brushed metal tapware for a perfect start or end to the day.

Denman Prospect is a fast-growing suburb in the Molonglo Valley, near both Mt Stromlo and the Cotter but only 15 minutes from Canberra City.

Construction is currently underway on a primary school which is slated to open in 2021, with a high school opening in 2023. Supermarkets, gyms and medical services are within easy reach as well.

Victory Homes has a proven track record of developing outstanding properties in the ACT and Oztal Architects have over 35 years’ experience designing homes, earning a reputation for design that carefully balances style, comfort and long-term liveability.
