Monash man charged with more than 30 sex offences

A 43-year-old Monash man has allegedly committed more than 30 sex offences against family members and others.

ACT Policing have charged the man with multiple counts of incest and charges related to sexual assault against a person under the age of consent.

“On Thursday 25 January 2024 Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Team officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Monash and arrested a 43-year-old man,” an ACT Policing spokesperson said.

“The man will face ACT Magistrates Court today, Saturday, 27 January, in relation to more than 30 sexual offences including multiple counts of incest, sexual intercourse with a young person, sexual intercourse without consent, act of indecency with a young person and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.”

You can also submit an online report for historical sexual assault for incidents that occurred more than six months ago.
