The Canberra Times is reporting that the National Portrait Gallery’s efforts to whore itself with a Kylie Minogue exhibition have been especially rewarded by the starlet’s cancer diagnoses.
It’s an ill wind that blows no good eh?
a former workmate of mine who was back in oz for a short tdy made a specific request to visit the Kylie exhibition.
so i went as well. im amazed at how tiny she is.
i felt sorry for the staff working there, being subjected to endless loop kylie videos.
Sorry, that should have been Conrad with a ‘K’.
Gimme a break, its Monday morning, I’m recovering from the weekend….
Oh come on Conrad,
you’re being to harsh. She may not be my choice of music but she does have some other attributes in that she’s reasonably pleasing to the eye.
I hate and loathe Kylie Minogue & see her as the nadir of Australian music BUT I don’t begrudge the National Portrait Gallery capitalizing on her image. In order to survive artists and arts institutions have to be 10% inspiration and 90% whore. That’s just the way it’s always been I guess… Adios for now Johnny – Tonto
