Power punk trio Box Dye is preparing to head up Punk Goes Pop at The Basement this Friday. The night will see the band, plus other locals Bad Lunar, Parrots With Piercings and The Dirty Sunflowers performing their own raucous songs alongside covers of pop hits.
Country music fans will be able to catch two of the best in the business on Friday night when Adam Harvey and Beccy Cole bring the Great Country Songbook Vol 3 to the stage at The Street Theatre.
Stonefest, one of the city’s great music institutions, is set to return this weekend with a massive, genre-hopping lineup. The likes of Vera Blue, Luca Brasi, Ruby Fields, Arno Faraji and Hope D will join locals Miroji and ARCHIE on the lawns of the University of Canberra concourse on Saturday as the beloved festival rebounds from you-know-what.
