Yup just as it says … playing soccer on skates (and before you ask yes you kick the ball with your skates)!
Either inlines or quads – that doesn’t matter. But trust me, it is truely a great, addictive, fun game.
How would I know?? Well, I played in English team for a few years before permanently moving to Canberra.
There are teams worldwide (USA, Brazil, Germany, France, England, Netherlands to name just a few) and a ‘World Cup’ is played every year.
It’s generally played indoors but ultimately that’s due to the weather in the UK but not necessarily here. It’s more important to find a nice surface that we can have access to.
I’m keen to start up the sport here in the ACT, that is if I can get the demand. It’s played both male and female of all ages.
