Looking for resort-style living? This luxurious home in Fadden ticks all the boxes – and many you probably haven’t considered yet.

With plenty of bedrooms, a glorious pool (of course) and multiple living spaces, everyone can enjoy opulent, relaxed living with plenty of privacy at the same time.

Kate Coultas from Ray White said the area was known for its architecturally built homes, but this one at 21A Sparkes Close was a standout.

“This is a stunning home with outstanding views from all aspects as it sits on an elevated block,” she said.

“There are multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, facing the front and facing the rear, and the property backs onto the Centennial Trail.”

Kate advised potential buyers not to be confused by the street number.

“This is a very large separate title block and is not part of a body corporate. There’s 278 square metres of living space, meaning it will suit a lot of people.

“It’s close to perfect for a young family. It’s ready to move on in, but it would also suit a more mature family with adult children living at home who don’t look like moving out in a hurry!

“The segregation of living spaces is really great.”

The beautiful grounds feature established gardens and a 9 x 4.5-metre pool. Outside, you’ll also find an electric car charging station in the garage and newly installed solar panels (9.99 kW).

Three bathrooms accompany the five bedrooms, there’s a chef’s kitchen with two Smeg ovens and a wine cellar for the budding connoisseur or serious collector.

“It’s a standout home,” Kate explains.

“Most homes in Fadden are all generally architecturally designed homes built in the 1980s. The homes like this one came a little later and were built into this nook on elevated blocks.

“This property sits in a cul-de-sac, which means no drive-through traffic. It’s a very, very quiet neighbourhood and you are surrounded by other quality homes.

“One of the features is the way the indoor spaces connect with the outside. There are beautiful French doors, and you can step out onto the front balcony from the lounge area and step in the opposite direction out on the rear entertaining area.

“It’s just one of those homes that flows and flows,” said Kate.

Other highlights that are sure to please are the built-in robes in four of the bedrooms, with a fifth bedroom/rumpus room offering its own separate entrance. The main bedroom has an ensuite complete with a spa, and all the bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling tiling.

There is also a large secure carport area behind the garage, which can be used as a workshop or for storage.

“The home is on a 1341 square metre block nestled at the top of Fadden Hills. I think its location adjoining the natural bushland and nearby walking trails will really appeal to someone who likes to be active and close to nature but appreciates living comfortably.”

This beautiful home at 21A Sparkes Close in Faddon is open for inspection on Saturday, 30 September, from 1 pm to 1:30 pm. Contact Kate Coultas on 0404 857 929 for more information. Don’t forget to check out all the latest listings on Zango.

I had considered buying a house in Fadden Hills BUT there is no way I could afford it. I have a friend who says “…it ‘aint the Ritz”. What he means is, ‘sure these places are nice but they’re outrageously overpriced as if they are world famous/high class places like the Ritz. I argued against this, did some research and discovered; the average price for a nice house or apartment in Canberra when converted into US or Canadian dollars will buy you a mansion in those countries!
