I have just come home from my husbands birthday party at the Australian Croatian Club, n whilst not affiliated with the club in any way, I would love to recommend them as a function venue. We happened to stumble across the club, whilst searching for an appropriate place to host the party with a live band in canberra. We had a live music from Il Bruto (which were awesome – again no affiliations) and 60 odd people of various ages.
The staff could not have been more accommodating if they tried, and a wonderful evening was had by all. It was as if nothing was too much of a problem, from decorations, to hot food, security and impressive bar service. All I can say is thanks to everyone involved for a memorable evening 😉
